    This Summer, Youth Ride Free with VRT

    VRT, the City of Boise, and Communities for Youth are teaming up to make summer transportation easier for youth in the Treasure Valley with the Youth Ride Free summer pass.

We’ll meet at Happy Day Transit Center, ride Route 42 together into Downtown Nampa, explore the area, and then head back to Happy Day Transit Center—all with VRT staff along for the ride.

    This hands-on training is perfect for new riders, folks who want a refresher, or anyone curious about how to navigate routes, timing, and transit centers with confidence. Ask all your lingering questions, see how the system works in real time, and experience how easy it can be to get where you’re going by bus.
